Ceuta y Melilla en la nueva relación de Vecindad y de Cooperación transfronteriza con Marruecos iniciada en 2022

After a reference to the international legal framework for cross-border cooperation between (regional and local) territorial entities in Council of Europe (Spain - France, Portugal, United Kingdom around Gibraltar), we will analyze how co-operation carried out by Spanish/Moroccan (specifically, Ceuta Melilla provinces Tetouan Nador, respectively), pose certain degree difficulty, as it is an issue included different frameworks existing relations European Union (EU) Morocco.
